What we sell, and how

The service	Point of sale, loyalty and back office software for South African shops, used online (software as a service), with message bundles for WhatsApp. Messages go by e-mail while WhatsApp is switched off.
Price	Free R0. Starter R299 and Growth R599 a store a month; Pro R999 for the first store and R499 for each extra store a month; an extra device R99 a month; yearly is 20% off 12 months' price. WhatsApp bundles: 500 messages for R125, 2 000 for R450 (not on sale while WhatsApp sending is switched off; an offer or "we miss you" message counts as four). Founding prices for the first 100 shops that join by 31 March 2027: Starter R249, Growth R499, Pro R799 a store a month (extra Pro stores R499) for 24 months (offer terms on our home page). The current prices are on our pricing page. There are no delivery or other charges.
How you pay	By card, in advance, through Paystack, monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew until you cancel.
When you get it	The Free plan straight away when you sign up; a paid plan or bundle as soon as the payment goes through.
How long	No minimum term. Monthly plans run a month at a time, yearly plans a year at a time, until you cancel.
Your records	Paystack e-mails a receipt for every payment, and your past payments are on the Plan and billing page in the app and on the website. You can save or print every page listed above.
Refunds and cancelling	See Refunds and cancellation.
Cooling-off	A WhatsApp bundle you have not used any of can be cancelled within seven days for a full refund. A paid plan starts the moment you pay, at your request, so the seven-day cooling-off does not apply to it. See Terms, section 20.
Complaints and disputes	E-mail us first; then mediation if we both want it, or the Gauteng Division of the High Court, Johannesburg (or a magistrates' court if we both agree). We do not subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution code. See Terms, section 24.
Payment security and privacy	You enter card details on Paystack's own secure page; Klyvelo never sees or stores card numbers. How we protect personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
